The permanent gallery houses a collection of sculptures, paintings and drawings by Nikolai Nikogosyan, dating from the 1940s up to the present, as well as an extensive archive.
In the 90-s he rebuilt his studio (in which monumental works had been created) and organized a gallery on the upper floor of the building.
